Walnut, date and ginger bliss balls

11 August 2020 //  by Emma//  Leave a Comment

A quick snack idea for moments when something sweet is called for.

Makes 25 mini bliss balls:
170g pitted (medjool) dates
80g walnuts
40g pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
1 tsp ground ginger
Hulled hemp seeds to coat

Blend ingredients together in a food processor until the mixture starts to come together. Roll into small balls and coat with hemp seeds. If any of these ingredients are not in your cupboard then feel free to substitute any other nuts or seeds and leave out either or both of the powders. They would also be good rolled in desiccated coconut or left naked!
